Cocktail Recipe: Cucumber-Lime Summer Beer Punch
When entertaining for a group, smart entertainers skip the part where they have to make cocktails for guests and instead rely on a good punch that guests can serve themselves. This recipe is easy to make and combines cucumber, citrus, rum, and beer. It strikes a great green color and we love how your guests just seem to gravitate towards it. Don't be fooled by the taste, this one packs a punch.
3 cups limeade
3/4 cup white rum
1 large cucumber, sliced thin
1 lime, sliced thin
3 bottles of a light wheat beer
Combine first four ingredients in a pitcher, and let chill for a few hours in the fridge.
When ready to serve, gently add beer, and lightly stir to preserve the carbonation. Serve over ice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
